Wajarkah PENDURHAKA Dibenarkan Bertanding Di Dalam Pilihanraya?

April 2, 2013

Parlimen masih belum dibubarkan.

SUARAM Pertubuhan Haram, Bagaimana Dengan PAKATAN RAKYAT?

September 14, 2012

Is It Wise To Allow Existence of Political Parties Whose Aim Is To Do Away With THE SPIRIT OF SOCIAL CONTRACT

September 8, 2012

I began to venture into ‘cyberspace’ after the General Election 2008, after witnessing the massive decline the support of the rakyat towards the ruling BN Party. It may not be accurate to describe it as ‘declining support of the rakyat’……its more accurate to describe it as ‘declining support of the Malaysian Chinese voters’ towards the BN. I frequented mainly pro-opposition blogs like Malaysia Today, and its related MT People’s Portal, to try to understand the thinking of the Malaysian Chinese which had led to the declining support for the BN among the community.

Its mind-boggling to note that, as late as 2004 General Election, more than 50% of the Malaysian Chinese were still behind the BN, which had landed the BN with LANDSLIDE GENERAL ELECTION VICTORY in the 2004 General Election. Then, the BN under Pak Lah secured more than 90% of the Parlimentary seats. Even in 2007 Bye-election in Ijok in 2007, the non-Malays were still well behind the BN when an Indian teacher  representing MIC/BN secured a bye-election victory over TS Khalid Ibrahim, the present Menteri Besar of Selangor, who represented the PKR. I had been looking for an answer….

From the ‘voyage’, I came out with a conclusion that, a few months before the 2008 General Election, overwhelming majority of Malaysian Chinese voters were ‘poisoned’ and persuaded by the PKR de-facto leader Anwar Ibrahim to enter into a POLITICAL GAMBLE, with the aim of set aside the SPIRIT OF SOCIAL CONTRACT, and its related policies like the SPECIAL POSITION OF MALAYS/BUMIPUTRA, NEP, QUOTA SYSTEM FOR SCHOLARSHIPS AND PLACES IN PUBLIC UNIVERSITIES, BUMIPUTRA ONLY CONTRACTS and such likes.

Its quite obvious that, a few years before the independence of Persekutuan Tanah Melayu, the IMMIGRANT FOREFATHERS of the present Malaysian Chinese, DID AGREE to the terms of SOCIAL CONTRACT, just for the sake of being granted citizenship of Persekutuan Tanah Melayu. They were only required to accept the fact that the MALAYS were the original inhabitants and rulers of the Malay Lands, hence their SPECIAL POSITION in the eye of the Federal Constitution. In return, 1.2 million IMMIGRANT CHINESE were then granted citizenship of Persekutuan Tanah Melayu, which entitled them all rights as citizens of the country, including becoming voters and taking part in the country’s General Elections to determine the the  government of the country.

In retrospect, even well before the SOCIAL CONTRACT which had become part and parcel of the Constitution of the Persekutuan Tanah Melayu in 1948, the IMMIGRANT CHINESE were bent on taking over the political power in the country by using the ‘three-starred’ BINTANG TIGA, another name for the Malayan Communist Party(MCP) in 1945, upon the surrender of the Japanese. However such attempt was foiled by the returning British. When the British Military Administration decided to rescind the Malayan Union and replaced it with Persekutuan Tanah Melayu, the majority of the IMMIGRANT CHINESE were persuaded to support the Chinese-centred Malayan Communist Party(MCP) to wrestle power from the Malays-dominated Government of Persekutuan Tanah Melayu, by triggering ARMED INSURRECTION. By 1960, the MCP were defeated and were forced to withdraw their armed units across the border into southern Thailand.

After Singapore, Sabah and Sarawak were merged with the other 11 states of Persekutuan Tanah Melayu in 1963, certain section of the Malaysian Chinese were still bent on usurping political power from the ruling UMNO-dominated Alliance Party, this time through democratic process, by supporting the Singapore-based People’s Action Party(PAP) who advocated the MALAYSIAN MALAYSIA. The leader of the party, Lee Kuan Yiew were busy touring other states including Sabah and Sarawak with the message that had the Chinese and Indians, which made up 60% of Malaysian population then were united, they would be able to secure majority votes in the General Election. Fortunately for the Malays, the then Prime Minister of Malaysia, Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra, took a pro-active action by EXPELLING Singapore from Malaysia. Again, another ambitious attempt by the Malaysian Chinese were foiled.

Despite being expelled from Malaysia, the PAP apparently left behind them the seed for the formation of the Democratic Action PartyDAP), the Chinese-centred opposition party who have been advocating the same message MALAYSIAN MALAYSIA as their predecessor PAP. To the Malays, MALAYSIA MALAYSIA is similar in concept to the MALAYAN UNION which were bitterly opposed by the Malays. DAP made their debut in the 1969 General Election, and ‘co-incidently’, the RACIAL RIOT TRAGEDY OF 1969 erupted only days after the date of the General Election. Despite making some gains in the General Election, DAP had been at the fringe of Malaysian political centre stage for decades….until certain event took place in 1998.

In 1998, Anwar Ibrahim was sacked from UMNO and stripped of his position as Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister of the country. Apparently, the incident provided a ‘life-line’ for DAP. In his desperate effort to remain relevance in Malaysian politics, Anwar Ibrahim persuaded the Malaysian Chinese to support him, by offering a NEW DAWN, whereby he would abolish all policies which favour the Malays including the New Economic Policiy(NEP). In simple term, Anwar Ibrahim, had opened the way for the Chinese to support him to demolish the foundations of our nation. Anwar Ibrahim soon became a CHAMPION of the Chinese cause. In 2008 General Election, the Chinese, for the first time, entered their most risky POLITICAL GAMBLE, by throwing their support for DAP and Anwar Ibrahim. Although not all Malaysian Chinese changed their political allegiance, an OVERWHELMING MAJORITY did.

In certain other countries, certain political parties were BANNED from existing, let alone taking part in General Election, if the parties do not subscribe to BASIC PRINCIPLES/IDEOLOGIES of the state. Many political parties were banned in Turkey when their aims of political struggle were detected have the potential of compromising the SECULAR BASIS of the state. In China, only COMMUNIST PARTY OF CHINA are allowed to take part in China’s political elections. The question for the Malays/Bumiputras now is, is it really wise for our Government to allow the existence of political parties whose aims and objectives include the ABOLITION OF THE SPIRIT OF SOCIAL CONTRACT which had been one of the corner-stones of the foundation of our country Malaysia?

Apakah Wajar Parti-Parti Yang Menjadikan PENGHAPUSAN SEMANGAT KONTRAK SOSIAL Sebagai Matlamat Perjuangan Mereka Dibenarkan Wujud di Malaysia?

September 7, 2012

‘Pengorbanan’ Besar Anwar Ibrahim Demi UNDI Cina DAP

September 4, 2012

PAS Was Formed To Support Datuk Onn Jaafar

September 1, 2012

While the ‘spirit of Merdeka’ is still lingering around, it would be good for the younger generation to be exposed to a small piece of history, about the history of the formation of Parti Islam Se-Malaya(Se-Malaya literally means Satu Malaya, or ‘for the whole of Malaya).

Not many, even among PAS hardcore supporters and leaders, are  aware that PAS was indirectly formed by UMNO. All because successive PAS leaders would not want their members to feel obliged to pay back anything to UMNO, and on top of that, they would not want their members to have any fraternity feelings towards UMNO.

Most Malaysians are aware that United Malays National Organisation(UMNO) was formed in 1946, with Datuk Onn Jaafar(the grandfather of DS Hishamuddin Tun Hussein, our present Menteri Dalam Negeri) as its first President. UMNO was set up to provide political vehicle to unite the Malays in their bitter opposition to the imposition of MALAYAN UNION government by the British after the Japanese surrender in 1945. The opposition by the united Malays forced the British to rescind the Malayan Union, and replaced by the PERSEKUTUAN TANAH MELAYU in 1948. In the Persekutuan Tanah Melayu agreement brokered by the British, UMNO and Raja-Raja Melayu, Persekutuan Tanah Melayu was established as a TRANSITION GOVERMENT, to prepare the Federation for full independence.

As part of his efforts to mobilise the support of the whole Malayan population on the road for full independence, Datuk Onn Jaafar decided to create a platform within UMNO, to accomodate Islamic religious scholars, more popularly known as ‘ustaz’, to join the bandwagon of UMNO. An UMNO  religious sub-committee was set up in 1950 for the purpose and was called PERSATUAN ISLAM SE-MALAYSIA, in short PAS. The religious sub-committee was headed by an Islamic scholar who was very close to Datuk Onn Jaafar, Hj Mohd. Fuad.

A year later, Datuk Onn Jaafar was persuaded by the British officials to consider opening up UMNO membership to the non-Malays. At that point in time, the non-Malays who were citizens of the country was less than 10% of the whole population, and they were mainly those who became British subjects in the straits settlements of Malacca and Penang, and were considered as ‘automatic’ citizens of Persekutuan Tanah Melayu. To the British, and possibly Datuk Onn Jaafar too, even if they were allowed to be members of UMNO, their small number would not affect the leadership of the Malays in UMNO. However, the fact was, by that time, the total number of Chinese and Indian IMMIGRANT WORKERS had already overwhelmed the number of local Malays.

Datuk Onn’s idea of opening up the membership of UMNO to non-Malays was met with OVERWHELMING OPPOSITION by the rank-and-file of UMNO, the same people who had been cherishing his leadership, both in uniting the Malays and in confronting/negotiating with the British. Being a gentleman as he had always been, Datuk Onn decided not to re-contest for the Presidency of UMNO when his tenure expired in 1951, instead declared his intention to set up a new multi-racial party, the Independence Malaya Party(IMP).

After Datuk Onn Jaafar officially launched the new  IMP, Hj Mohd Fuad, out of his support for Datuk Onn Jaafar, decided to pull out the UMNO religious sub-committee under his wing, and set up a new party called Parti Islam se-Malaya(PAS), and declared it to be ‘friendly’ to Datuk Onn’s newly formed IMP. That’s how PAS was formed….to support Datuk Onn Jaafar.

Ustaz Nasha is Influencial Enough To Form a New Party

August 31, 2012

Ustaz Nasharuddin, used to be the General Secretary of PAS, before being voted as the Deputy President of PAS. However, in the latest PAS General Assembly, he lost the post to Mat Sabu in a three-cornered fight.

For the past one week, Ustaz Nasha has been a ‘toast’ of the country’s newspapers, first by accompanying  DS Najib in a meeting with a group of Saudi ulamas in Macca, which had infuriated PAS top leaders including Nik Aziz and Hj. Hadi. To cover his frustration, Nik Aziz reminded his audience that even a former President of PAS, the late Datuk Hj Muhammad Asri  also crossed over to UMNO. Hj Hadi on the other hand offered Ustaz Nasha to UMNO, after all, according to him, Ustaz Nasha is no longer influential among the grassroot in the party. Despite that, he is not taking the responsibility to determine the future of Ustaz Nasha, instead leaving the matter to Dewan Ulama PAS to make certain decision.

If Ustaz Nasha has lost his influence in the party, why both Nik Aziz and Hj Hadi are so scared to make decisions on Ustaz Nasha, as they did against Dr Hassan Ali? The answer is simple. There have been cautious calls by certain key leaders within PAS that the party still need him….rather than he needs the party. Such calls came from influential members of Dewan Ulama PAS like Dr Harun Din, and even from the Chairman of the Dewan Ulama, Ustaz Harun Taib.

Despite those cautious calls, with Anwar-controlled Nik Aziz still in full grip of the party, it looks more likely that Ustaz Nasha will be humiliated in the same way Dr Hassan Ali was. Nik Aziz and Anwar Ibrahim do not want to be embarrassed anymore by  UMNO-friendly leaders within PAS. Nik Aziz and Anwar Ibrahim would not mind losing 10-20% of support among PAS members, as long as their egos are not compromised.

Ustaz Nasha knows exactly what he stands for. He does not need PAS, as much as PAS needs people like him. He knows that PAS has changed for the worse. PAS is no longer defenders of Islam. PAS has become irrelevance. As Dr Hassan Ali has found out, PAS’s direction now is dictated by ‘Anwar-friendly parasites’.

Its time for Ustaz Nasha to leave PAS, well before he is technically sacked by PAS. Ustaz Nasha is not a small fry in PAS. Ustaz Nasha is influencial enough even to set up a new party, perhaps with the support of people like Dr Hassan Ali, to provide the platform for PAS members who have become disillusioned by present leadership of PAS.
